Gard Restaurant at the Moxy Hotel Heathrow having Scandinavian based themes and menu for a homely experience, Caterware designed and installed an Angelo Po Icon cooking suite it would be on view to the customers giving them maximum view of food being prepared.
The suite included induction cooking, integrated refrigerated draw units, chargrill and fryers. Another feature is a Cuppone twin deck pizza oven with full preparation area. A full back of house dishwash, storage and further cooking and prep area was designed and installed.
Having tight deadlines meant working closely with the contractor on site ensuring the handover to the operator and the hotel owner was on time.
