Cutty Sark

The Cutty Sark has a new chapter in the extraordinary life of one of the world’s most famous ships. The last surviving tea clipper and the fastest and greatest of her time, a living testimony to the glorious bygone days of sail.

Caterware working with Ellmer Construction at the Royal Museums Greenwich, produced a back of house kitchen and café area in the new exhibition centre for the ship.

A service counter for the café area produced by Counterline was installed which also incorporates a chilled self-help, chilled assisted service units and a rear counter.

Both kitchen and café area all needed top specification equipment, to meet the demands of the high-volume environment of this busy historic attraction near the centre of Greenwich.
