The Lakeside Hotel on the shores of Windermere, contacted Caterware to create a new Main Kitchen for this luxurious four-star Hotel. Needing a robust modern kitchen to assist the talented chefs prepare delicious food for their fine dining which will be inspired by fresh local produce, Caterware recommended an Angelo Po Alpha 900mm Island Suite.
Having discussed the main cooking requirement, the client required integrated Angelo Po refrigeration within the island, normally this would be no problem using Angelo Po Gamma 700mm units, after speaking with Angelo Po in Italy and our own technical staff we came up with a solution which gave exactly what the client needed.
As part of this contact Caterware also installed a Pastry Area, we also provided a service contract for the maintenance of their existing equipment ensuring the minimum down time.
