Supplying the Kitchen, extraction, Ware washing for this prestigious hotel at Greenwich. Caterware working with Periquin Ltd, produced a Bar & Kitchen area in the new Hotel.
The kitchen area having equipment from Angelo Po an Alpha suite was provided which also included Angelo Po Combi Ovens to compliment the prime cooking equipment.
Ware washing area demanded high volume equipment Meiko provided the answer with a utensil pot wash machine giving a wash capacity of up to 40 baskets per hour and a pass-through machine with a capacity of 720 dinner plates per hour.
