At the Tavistock Hotel a breakfast and two heated servery stations were created for the busy London hotels Poppadom Express.
Heated sections having 6 1/1 GN ceran glass hotplates and heated lowerator for plate storage with the facia finished to the client's own design.
Cereal station incorporates juice, cereal and toast areas which can be removed at end of morning service and the area can then be then utilised for Lunch Buffett and A la carte dinner service.
With a couple of last minute tweaks, the project was delivered on schedule.
